Parking

Each studio includes 2 complimentary parking spaces. Additional spaces are available upon request and charged at £15 per space. Please obtain a parking permit from our staff upon arrival, as it must be displayed in your vehicle to avoid penalties.

Deliveries/Collections

We endeavor to accommodate your deliveries, but during busy periods, this may not always be possible. To streamline the process, kindly request a form from our team before your shoot for early deliveries or late collections. Please await our confirmation before arranging transportation. A charge will apply for storage of 2 or more items.

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for items delivered before your shoot or left in the studio.

Payment Terms

We require upfront payment in full of the studio hire to secure your booking. Any cancellation information can be found in our T&C’s.

Equipment

GAS provides all the necessary production equipment for your shoot, share your kit list with our team and they will provide you with a quote. Please note that we do not allow third party kit hire in our studio, however you are welcome to use any personal equipment.

Waste

Standard waste is inclusive of all bins provided throughout your hired area. Should you need any additional waste removal, this must be agreed in advance and will incur additional charges which must be settled prior to your visit. Any waste left beyond the agreed terms will incur additional fees.
